Assisting with the design, printing and mailing out of the invitations

Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors based on budget, style and importance - (e.g. baker, caterer, florist, photographer, printer, videographer, musicians, etc.)

Reviewing vendors’ contracts and co-ordinating with vendors

Providing information to obtain a marriage license

Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates

Assisting with contacts for room block accommodations for out-of-town guests

Ceremony planning

Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to two hours)

Instructing attendants about their duties

Directing the processionals, recessionals and receiving line

Reception planning

Planning a rehearsal dinner/party

Planning an next day brunch / next day

Deliver gifts received on the wedding day to specific location

Set up and tear down of all unique decor

Wedding day coordination (unlimited time to get the job done)

Provide a stress-free day for the bride and groom
