Design a complete timeline for the wedding weekend and ensure all parties / vendors have the timeline.
Unlimited Communication to help answer questions related to the wedding
Coordinate and direct the wedding rehearsal and ceremony
Finalize details and timing with all vendors the week of the event to ensure they understand the venue and all items contracted.
Direct and supervise bridal party, family members, guests and vendors with regard to the timeline
Set out guest book, place cards, table names/numbers, decorations, special items, (champagne flutes, mementos, programs, guest favors, cake knives, light candles)
Romanticize the Bridal Suite (if requested)
Clean and pack up all personal items after the event.
Pick up lunch or other items needed for the wedding party
Keep track of the wedding rings and / or flower girls basket
