Shawna was an incredible team leader and orchestrated the weekend beautifully. She worked seamlessly with our florist, caterer, officiant, and other vendors to ensure the ceremony and celebratory events went smoothly. She answered questions throughout the planning process and kept a plan B (and probably plan C!) in mind in relation to weather. Friends and family raved about her positive attitude and friendly nature, and we are grateful for the opportunity to work together. I would recommend this venue & Shawna to anyone considering a mountain wedding, and we will absolutely be back for anniversary celebrations!

My wife and I recently married at Main Street Station just last month and it will be a day we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives. Not only was it the day I married my best friend, but Shawna and the rest of her caring and wonderful staff made this very stressful process much easier to manage and ultimately less stressful than it could have been. From the beautiful venue outside where the ceremony was had, to the Pioneer Club room where guests were treated to drinks and appetizers in a warm friendly family setting, and to the Independence Ballroom where the reception, dancing, and festivities were held. I will return to Breckenridge to cherish the fond memories my wife and I had that night and all thanks to the beautiful venue of Main Street Station, Shawna, and everyone else involved.

"Wedding of our DREAMS! Shawna Henderson and the staff at Main Street Station will forever have a special place in our hearts! Shawna is such an amazing person to work with. From our first walk through of the beautiful condos with all the amenities to the full tour of the resort, we were in awe of the beauty of this venue and location. We kept whispering, " this can't be real...the availability and pricing are too good...this placing is too beautiful to be true!" Let me tell you, this place is Perfect! As my day of coordinator, Shawna was available via phone and email to answer any questions we had months leading up to the wedding and she was by my side during each important moment of my day to ensure everything went perfectly. We were married on 08.18.18! The weather was rainy in the early morning but the sun was out by 10 A.M. for the remainder of the day and into the evening, providing the most perfect weather for our perfect day. Our 152 guests cannot stop raving about what a beautiful view and amazing accommodations they had over the weekend. Everything from rehearsal dinner just below Main Street Station to the picturesque mountain photo session, cocktail hour on the patio and Pioneer room, to the private Groomsmen dressing room, DREAM worthy ceremony, outrageously fun reception, loving send off and after party in Downtown Breckenridge, our wedding weekend was truly unforgettable and I dare say, as Perfect as it gets! All thanks to Shawna & staff! Main Street Station only has one wedding a weekend and we took our time decorating the day before and breaking down the day after! This made it stress free, happy and allowed everyone to enjoy the reception to the fullest! The location was perfect for our out of town guests to walk around Breckenridge, shop, ride rides, enjoy brewery tours, wine tastings and brunch the morning after the Wedding. We cannot wait to go back and visit Shawna and the Main Street Station team this winter and next August for our Anniversary

We had a lovely June wedding at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge. We were so thrilled with our entire experience - from booking, communication, and onsite housing. Shawna is wonderful and helped coordinate things and deliveries. We had the ceremony on the upper deck which was private and beautiful views and our cocktail hour at the Pioneer Room. We also had an impromptu gathering the Thursday before in the Pioneer Room and the Sunday after which allowed our guests to mingle and meet. Having everyone stay on site was fantastic, the suites are gorgeous and convenient. We originally were sad we couldn't have a different venue in Breck for our date but it was the best thing that could have happened because Main Street worked so beautifully for us. Highly recommend. Another huge pro was that we could quickly dump decor etc into part of the ballroom and then organize/pack it up the next day -- definitely not the case with other venues. It allowed us to relax and focus just on enjoying the day, and worrying about the details and clean up after

How do we try to express the gratitude to Shawna from Breck Mtn Wedding for giving us an incredible wedding day? It’s not quite possible to tell people all the little things she did in order to make our wedding day not only possible but truly special. From managing the vendors and venue and having a great eye for anticipated issues she kept things rolling smoothly. Prior to the wedding she was very well organized and obviously had prior experience with organizing vendors and couples. She responded quickly to emails which eased our stress. On our wedding day she communicated with us only when she needed our decision so that my husband and I could spend our wedding day playing in the river and getting ready rather than stressing over the details. We also decided to get married while standing on a raft in the middle of the river and she anticipated managing guests and getting everyone where they needed to be for our unique ceremony. We cannot thank Shawna enough for perfecting our wedding day and would highly recommend her.

I just wanted to reach out to say thank you for all of your help with Brittany’s wedding day. At the end of the night, I remember saying to Brittany, “I feel so satisfied!” It was a beautiful day, everyone seemed to have a great time, and the hiccups we had were completely manageable. You filled in so many gaps for us…tasks that we would have had to delegate to family members, or live without. Having you on board allowed us to enjoy all of the little details that Brittany planned, with one central place to communicate them. I can’t even imagine how much stress we would have felt if we were trying to keep track of who was doing what on the wedding day. In particular, you did a wonderful job coordinating the couple's arrival and dance on the patio - that was a highlight of the night, for sure! Inside, the aspens in the windows were brilliant!!! That was a genius idea! Having Adam take the polaroids for the guest book was fantastic! He did a wonderful job and everyone enjoyed that so much! And, getting the two layers of the cake together with the decorative leaves was such a nice touch. So well done…thank you! I also wanted to thank you for being patient with me at the end of the night as I waited to settle the bill. Obviously that was one of the hiccups…the night was much longer than we had anticipated. I appreciate you putting everything in your car and bringing it to our rental to unload so late at night. So, thank you for your diligence, and your joyful spirit! It’s a day we will treasure for many years to come.
